How frequently do you deliver flowers?

Bell Flor offers three frequencies for delivery of the freshest seasonal flowers available:

  1. Monthly (“Cada Mes”)

  2. Bi-weekly (“Dos Veces”)

  3. Weekly (“Semanal”)

When will I get my delivery?

Our goal is to deliver you the freshest flowers available and will be dependent on your subscription frequency. You will be contacted via email before each delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering within San Antonio and a few of the surrounding areas. Contact Us to find out if we deliver to you.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! Just confirm that the delivery address you enter is that of the gift recipient.

What happens to the vases?

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we will reuse our vases. With each subscription delivery, we ask that you return the previous delivery’s vase. Simply place it on your doorstep and we will replace it with a fresh arrangement. Any vase not returned at the time of each delivery will incur an additional fee. See a vase that you want to keep? Is there a minimum subscription period?

Depending on your subscription frequency, there is a minimum period before you can cancel your floral subscription. For monthly and bi-weekly subscriptions, you may cancel after two months. For weekly subscriptions you may cancel after one month.

Can we upgrade our subscription?

Yes! Once you have completed your minimum subscription period, you can set up a new size and frequency. Contact Us for details.

Can we put in custom orders?

At this time we cannot accommodate special orders or requests.
